How to become a Michelin Star Chef?

So you think the only difference between a Michelin star chef and a regular chef is the perk they get? Let me clear you this is not the only difference and not the single one. A star chef not only cooks food but prepare delicacies that touch the hearts of the people consuming them. First and foremost, these chefs possess high level of experience in preparing multiple cuisines. As Michelin star restaurant system is completely based on dish quality, these chefs leave no stone unturned to make their customers happy and satisfied with the taste and quality of the dish served to them.

They got honored as Michelin star chef after surpassing all the tests conducted during the inspection. A strictly selected and trained team of inspectors visit the Michelin-recommended establishments and decide whether or not they will go into the guide. Michelin is keen to stress the independence of the guide. Unlike some competitors' versions, all meals and accommodations used by its inspectors are fully paid for by the Michelin organization. Once the restaurant gets the certificate Michelin Star Restaurant or
Michelin Restaurant, the chefs associated with that restaurant called Michelin star chefs. A restaurant with these chefs is often considered as superb in terms of dish quality and customer service.
